Rackboy is a veteran of several secret governmental agencies. During the Nixon Administration he was flying a secret mission in a small, developmental aircraft.. At approximately 3:24am CST, his plane crashed in to a tube-shaped UFO believed to be from the planet GoodYear. On the verge of death, the government decided to rebuild him. However, because of the great expense used to rebuild pilot Lee Majors (some believe as much as 6 million dollars was spent on this project), there was only $17.68 left over for what is now known as "Project Duct Tape". After many hours of operations, and several episodes of M*A*S*H, the surgeons, auto-mechanics, and Home Depot clerks declared the operation a success.
