As a young child, Grappleboy was sucked in to his TV during a freak electrical storm. At the time of the storm, young Grapple had been watching a Brady Bunch special where the Brady's go on vacation to Hawaii. Grapple, as he was teleported to the beach where the Brady's frolicked, came in contact with the bad luck Tiki Statue that caused so much trouble for the Brady family. The Tiki had a strange affect on Grapple and gave him super human relfexes and strength.

Today, Grapple and the Tiki fight together for justice in the Rocket Arenas of Quake III!
